During your first appointment we will dive deep into your health history and create a treatment plan designed specifically for your needs and health goals. You will be offered diet and lifestyle recommendations as well as herbal prescriptions that are available to be shipped directly to your home. I recommend following up every 3-4 weeks to help you stay accountable to your health goals and make any necessary changes to your herbal prescriptions. These appointments are typically scheduled via video conference.
